Full Time Shuttle Driver
- Second shift 12:30pm 8/12 hour days plus some Saturdays
- Spotting and moving trailers between customer facilities
- Shuttling trailers to nearby cold storage facilities (Interstate and Cloverleaf Cold Storages
- Oversee trailer fleet on premises (operating condition; reefer fuel, etc.)
- No touch; drop and hook
- Home every night
- Drivers on first and second shift work as a team: 1 shuttles while 1 works the yard

Delivery/Shuttle Driver 2nd Shift
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, Start 2pm; work 8-10 hrs/day
- Shuttling/ deliver loads/trailers between Facility and their customers.
- Operate in an approximately 150 mi radius
- Have both drop and hook and live unload (preferential treatment)
- No touch freight
- Home every night

Local Floater
- Mostly day shift situations- start and end times will vary
- Could occasionally involve another shift
- Average: 48-50hrs/wk
- This is a full-time position based out of the corporate terminal covering drivers from different customers who might be off due to vacations, illness, injury, etc.
- Floaters are cross-trained on all of our local accounts. Floaters are the back bone of our fleet and work closely with operations to ensure our customer's needs are met.
- There is 1 position that entails some physical work: Milliken Millwork - at this account
- Our drivers deliver doors to Lowes, Home Depots, Menards, construction sites, etc.

- Deliver predominately around the greater Indianapolis metro area (under 200 miles);
- (includes warehouses like Target, Kohls, Amazon); also, occasional runs to Louisville
- Utilizes Descartes routing system (will train)

Louisville

OTR Driver
- Leave out on Sunday/Monday
- Back on Thursday/Friday
- 2300 - 2800 miles/wk
- Travel to blood plasma donation centers throughout US: 6-10 sites/route/week
- Freight handling involved: pallets are stacked 5-7 cases high (cases weigh 50-70 lbs.)
- Freight is then shrink wrapped and pushed to back of trailer
- Product kept at minus 32 degrees
- Home every weekend
