Floater
- Based out of the Dreman Ave. (corporate) terminal
- Mostly day shift situations- start and end times will vary
- Could occasionally involve another shift
- Average: 48-50hrs/wk
- This is a full-time position based out of the corporate terminal covering drivers from different customers who might be off due to vacations, illness, injury, etc.
- Floaters are cross-trained on all of our local accounts. Floaters are the back bone of our fleet and work closely with operations to ensure our customer's needs are met.
- There is 1 position that entails some physical work

Floater (Off Shift)
- Based out of the Dreman Ave. (corporate) terminal
- Floaters are required to operate different types of equipment and training will be offered or could be mandatory when appropriate. This will be determined on a case by case basis.
- Occasional tailgating could be required-per specific customer needs.
- Most of our drivers are on day shift. But we have 2nd, 3rd and weekend shift drivers
- also - this position would cover any day, any shift. Every effort is made to get you
- 2 consecutive days off per week
- Average: 48-50hrs/wk+

Delivery/Shuttle Driver
- Start 3-6am; work 8-13 hrs/day
- Monday- Friday
- Saturdays- only a couple times during the year- voluntary
- Shuttling trailers between Client and their customers around the area
- Operate in an approximately 150 mi radius
- Mostly live unload (preferential treatment)

CDL Class A Delivery Driver
- 6/6:30am to until delvieres are completed 4:00/4:30
- Monday - Friday
- Average 8-10 hrs/day
- Packing Supplier
- Dock to Dock delivery
- Delivery in approximately 150 mi radius, including Indianapolis and Louisville
- Multi stop
- Sort and segregate
- Electric pallet jack to unload freight if customer doesn’t unload themselves
- Freight consists of shipping and packaging supplies, majority on pallets.
- Some product including large bags
- of shipping peanuts, bubble wrap and machinery could not be palletized and would have to manually unload by hand
- 70% Touch

Full-Time Shuttle Driver
- Mon- Fri Alternating Saturday 5:30am-2:00pm
- Spotting and moving trailers between customer facilities
- Shuttling trailers to nearby cold storage facilities
- Oversee trailer fleet on premises (operating condition; reefer fuel, etc.)
- No touch; drop and hook
- Home every night
- Drivers on first and second shift work as a team: 1 shuttles while 1 works the yard

Indianapolis

Hybrid Local/Regional Driver
- Monday- Friday
- Start time varies based on daily assignment. Driver can determine his/her own start time based on the route.
- Two dedicated trailers with electric pallet jack
- Delivering orders to customers in Upper Peninsula of Michigan
- Driver would do up to 2 layovers each week (note: may not be required every week, but need the flexibility to do so).
- Driver assist to the door approximately 80% of the time
- Occasional down stacking or restacking preloaded trailers
- Could also fill in as a local Floater for other customers on a as needed basis.
- Driver would know at least 1.5days before any assignment and often times several days in advance.
